The Missing Link To Taguchi Website Testing

The array is only one part of the equation. Without knowing how to design the test and create solid inputs. The array itself will give you an increase (maybe). If it does it will not be very large. Case in point, when I first began teaching this. The students who just went ahead and did not understand the criteria for input selection only got 15% increases. The students that "un-learned standard website AB testing" thinking went on to achieve 200% increases and continue to optimize their sites and sales processes to this day.

There is more to this than the array or matrix itself. There is a whole other science of Test Design and Element Creation that needs to be considered if you are going to see success in using the taguchi method for website testing and optimization.
